General notices include requests, decisions and notices that the Finnish Centre for Pensions has not been able to deliver to the concerned parties.
Based on Section 186 of the Employees Pensions Act (TyEL) and Sections 2 and 4 of the TyEL implementing act, the Finnish Centre for Pensions requests the employers (with unknown address) who have neglected their insurance obligation to take out pension insurance for their workers within two weeks from the date of service of this general notice.
