Under section 75 of the Employees Pensions Act, you, as the employee, must attach to your request for correction indisputable proof of the existence of the employment relationship, the time of the employment relationship and the received earnings. The following are accepted as indisputable proof: pay statement and letters of reference/testimonials, a register extract, specific tax information and legally valid decisions on the wage or time of employment issued by pay security authorities and courts. |
